The Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) Committee supports the development and maintenance of the Hampton Roads Metropolitan Medical Response System’s (HRMMRS) MCI Plan, which is adopted by the Tidewater EMS and Peninsulas EMS Councils. The committee also endorses a regional triage system, a regional triage tag, and collaborates on regional MCI training and exercises.
