Norfolk International Airport (ORF) has one main passenger terminal with two concourses, Concourse A and Concourse B. Concourse A (gates A1-A11) is primarily used by Allegiant Air, American Airlines, and Southwest Airlines, while Concourse B (gates B16-B30) is used by Breeze Airways, Delta Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Spirit Airlines, and United Airlines. Gate A1 is configured for international flights.

Recommended parking is at the Norfolk Waterside Garage which has a daily rate of $13 and a pedestrian bridge to get to the Sheraton. Dominion Tower offers parking at $16.00 a day or $2.99 an hour and prices increase if you move your car during the day.
