Kelsey first started her career in EMS as a volunteer with the Dale City Volunteer Fire Department, before going to work for the Fredericksburg Fire Department where she rose through the ranks to Master Technician. Most recently, Kelsey worked for the REMS Council, and flies for Healthnet Aeromedical Services as a Critical Care Paramedic.
